We remain neutral between our client's private customer and the client itself. We also do not allow ourselves to be used by either party.
We reserve the right to refuse communication or requests in case of unreasonable or improper use.

Disclosure of repair information to third partiesAutobedrijf Hong-Paul strictly complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
We do not disclose repair or vehicle information to third parties. Information is provided only to the verifiable client, whose name is on the invoice and who has made the payment.
We do not fit parts supplied by customers.
We do not carry out work, adjustments, programming or fault diagnosis on vehicles in which parts have been replaced by the customer.
No Nonsense Warranty
If you still have a warranty, then you have a warranty. No nonsense.
If you do not have a warranty, then you do not have a warranty. No nonsense.
Warranty is provided only to the client in whose name the invoice is issued and who can demonstrably show that payment to us has been made. Third parties cannot derive any rights from it.
By appointment onlyTelephone contact is for business customers only. Private customers are asked to send all questions by e-mail.
We work by online appointment only. Because we are so busy, we cannot make appointments by telephone.
Because we are so busy, it is not possible to wait during a diagnosis or repair.
Opening hours
Workshop or company visits Monday to Friday 9:00 to 11:30 and 12:30 to 16:00, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Lunch break 11:30 to 12:30 CLOSED.
Workshop CLOSED on Saturdays.
Collecting items or dropping off a broken-down car is possible between 12:30 and 16:00.
Available by telephone Monday to Friday 8:00 to 11:30 and 12:30 to 17:00.
Customers and transporters who wish to deliver or collect a vehicle between 16:00 and 17:00 can only do so by appointment.
Without a prior appointment, it is not possible to drop off or collect a vehicle outside our opening hours.
