Maintenance warranty

Terms and details of the maintenance warranty

If your car has been serviced by us, you are entitled to the following warranty:

• 1 year warranty on repairs
• 1 year of free diagnostic read-outs
• 1 year of free advice
• 24-hour mobility service in the Duiven region
• Free winter and summer check
• The first 20 minutes of labour free for 1 year (regular work only)
• Diagnostic discount: starting rate €35 incl. VAT, then €30 incl. VAT per hour. These costs are deducted from the follow-up repair if you have us fix the fault.

To qualify for this warranty, a number of requirements must be met:

• The car must have had its annual services carried out on time by Autobedrijf Hong-Paul.
• Any additional repairs outside the regular services must also have been carried out by Autobedrijf Hong-Paul.
