At Autobedrijf Hong-Paul we apply the following rates:

We do not fit parts supplied by customers.
We do not carry out work, adjustments, programming or fault diagnosis on vehicles in which parts have been replaced by the customer.

• The diagnosis starting rate is €150 excluding VAT. For diagnosis costs above €500 excluding VAT, we will consult you beforehand. For diagnosis costs up to €500 excluding VAT, you give your permission in advance.
• If we repair the fault that was found, the diagnosis costs will be set off against the costs of the follow-up repair.
• The diagnosis starting rate covers 1 hour of work and the use of diagnostic equipment.
• Advice costs €250 incl. VAT; request it by email NOT BY TELEPHONE.
• ADVICE FOR REGULAR CUSTOMERS IS FREE.
• PRICE QUOTATIONS ARE FREE BY EMAIL, NOT BY TELEPHONE.

Warranty: Warranty is provided only to the client in whose name the invoice is issued and who can demonstrably show that payment to us has been made. Third parties cannot derive any rights from it.

Disclosure of repair information to third parties: Autobedrijf Hong-Paul strictly complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
We do not disclose repair or vehicle information to third parties. Information is provided only to the verifiable client, whose name is on the invoice and who has made the payment.
